My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was convenient with various food options within walking distance, but it was a bit far from Jeju-si downtown, leading to additional transportation costs. The service was a bit mixed, with some staff not being very friendly, although others were extremely helpful. The dining choices were varied, but the prices were on the higher side and not always justified. The rooms consistently had a cigarette smoke smell, were dark due to blackout curtains, and lacked individuality.
